Our store is hosted on GoDaddy Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information on our website is error-free.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

• All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on our Site.

In order to be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

1. Must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

2. Must be in like new condition and not damaged.

3. Must be returned with its original packaging.

• We only sell and ship items within the United States and select US territories.  
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our return policy. 
• If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will request photos for proof of damage so we can make a claim with the shipping service that was used.

Limited One Year Warranty: 

We warranty all of our products for material and craftmanship for one year from time of original purchase. Warranty replacement for damages is limited to one time. We will not warranty any item that has been modified in any way or has been damaged from excessive abuse or misuse.

• We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased will meet your expectations.

• By purchasing or using our holsters, you acknowledge and agree that firearm handling carries inherent risks. Our products are designed for lawful use by responsible individuals. The user assumes all responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and operation of any firearm in conjunction with our products. We are not liable for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or modifications to the holster. Always follow firearm safety rules and inspect your holster regularly for wear or damage. 

You agree to indemnify and hold Blacklist Concealment LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your use of our products or website.
