CURRENT LEAD TIME: 5-7 Days
Lead times are listed under the item description for each product. All items are made to order and have an estimated lead time of 7-10 business days. We try to keep as many color and material options on hand as possible to ensure that all items can be produced as quickly as possible. Custom printed Kydex and Royalite are made by only a handful of companies in the industry. So, their lead times can vary greatly and in turn will affect our lead time on those items. If you are ordering a custom print, please understand that it can take as much as 30 days to produce a custom item. We ship via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your item ships. Business days for production are Monday - Friday. We can be contacted 7 days a week via email and our social media pages. We typically respond to all messages within a few hours.
You can adjust the retention on your holster by using a Phillips head screwdriver on the retention screws located forward of the trigger guard. We recommend adjusting them 1/4 turn at a time until the desired retention is obtained.
On our holsters equipped with the 2 position, adjustable FOMI or DCC Monoblock belt attachment you will first: completely remove the screw, rubber bushing and post from the side with 2 positioning holes. You will then loosen the pivot screw slightly so you can rotate the belt clip to the canted position. You will then: re-install the post, rubber bushing and screw. You should then re-tighten the pivot screw. This will give you a 20° cant on the holster. All of the screws on your holster have a non-permanent thread locker applied to them to help keep them in place until they are intentionally removed.
The short answer is yes. Over time any holster material will cause wear on your firearm. But a properly manufactured holster of any type should not cause premature or excessive wear on your firearm. What generally causes wear is from dirt and grime getting trapped between the holster material and the firearm itself. We recommend doing general maintenance and cleaning of your holster and firearm on a regular basis to prevent premature wear on the firearms finish. We recommend using products like CLP or RemOil.
No. Do Not modify your holster in any way. Doing so could result in serious injury or even death. Modifying your holster will also void any warranty.
Yes, but keep in mind that Kydex is a thermoformed plastic. Meaning that it is formed with heat. So prolonged exposure to heat can cause warping and deformation over time. Typically the heat inside your car on a summer day in most parts of the United States is not hot enough to damage your holster. We would still advise you to not leave a holster or firearms in your car anytime unless it is absolutely necessary. We will not warranty any product that has been warped or damaged from exposure to excessive heat.
We do not. We only sell and ship items within the United States.
